2. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all information about the products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by email at [email protected].
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-7 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

4. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK, and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, or inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive an item you have ordered.
5.1 Using Your Right of Withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification should be sent to us at [email protected]. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns. You must return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Products should be sent well-packaged and in the original packaging. For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the product if it has been used or damaged.
5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

If we cannot fix the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We are not liable for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier or other factors outside of our control.

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website, as well as for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as color variations may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to present the products as accurately as possible.
